  • Condition of Items: All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags, packaging, and receipts intact. Shoes that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and exchange it at no additional cost to you.
  • Exchanges for Other Reasons: If you want to exchange a product for a different style or size, the return process remains the same, but the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

3. Refunds
