At Quacknapo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our easy returns and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Tags must remain intact, and the product must be in the same condition as when received.
- Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as final sale
3. How to Return an Item To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@quacknapo.com to initiate the return process. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Pack the item securely, ensuring that it is undamaged and in its original condition.
- Ship the item back to the provided address. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
4. Refund Process Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability. The item must be returned in accordance with the return policy, and any price differences will be adjusted.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange and cover the return shipping costs.
7. Late Returns Items returned after the 30-day return window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, at our discretion.
